Love for art I inherited from my father Lorenzo, skilful artist, clever painter of landscapes and still life.

This love accompanied me during my studies at Art High School and contributed to widen my horizons obtaining a Degree in Architecture and teaching the Story of Art.

Therefore planning and creativity are the guidelines of my training, and it is on this basis that my “art-fashion” project was born.

The art transversality always fascinated me: architecture, painting and sculpture, but also theatre, music, literature and not least fashion are all expressions of mind and human genius and are typical of the age in which they are determined. Therefore, trying to “mix cards” and make painting and music, painting and sculpture or, as in this case, painting and fashion conversing is an interesting experiment, also considering that the age in which we live is characterized by “temporary”. Also Art becomes “temporary”, is modified and consumed by who use it.

Here’s how from “fetish” it becomes “alive” and in the case of my project it takes shape by a dress or an accessory and it is “fashion”..

The use of a mixed approach allowed the use of different types of varnishes and “vintage” objects, like buttons, costume jewelry, pieces of belt and much more….

The colors were prepared by using mixtures of adequate varnishes in order to obtain the desired chromatic effect using paints resistant to washing, which guarantee a long duration of the works.

Every dress is a freestanding work inspired by a reference painting.

The uniqueness of every single piece is evident. Also in this case I used a mixed pictorial approach combined with a sartorial operation which led me to research of pure cotton items, lovely linens of “grandmother”, revisited and modernized.

In other cases, I gave free rein to my imagination, planning and realizing dresses obtained by pillowcases or antique sheets enriched with laces and embroideries.

The grassroots tissues, in the major part are white or black, to respect as much as possible the dress original structure and because they were well adequate as canvas for paintings.

This collection is designed to all women who wish to distinguish wearing a unique item, by true Italian craftsmanship. A piece of art inspired to paintings and/or photos of contemporary artists, revised and re-developed and not belonging to any signed or sanctioned fashion.

Here a little part of my production is collected. Many of exhibited products can be purchased or ordered. To do that or to request a preempt it is necessary to contact me. Obviously, the price depends on size and complexity of the requested work, and also delivery time varies.
